🛍️ 1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in ready-to-ship vinyl stickers, car & bike decals, laptop stickers, glow-in-the-dark HTV frames, and more under Stixy Original.

🖨️ 2. Are your stickers waterproof and durable?

Yes! All our stickers are printed on premium vinyl, are water-resistant, and laminated for extra durability, perfect for laptops, bottles, vehicles, and more.

📦 3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

🚚 4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp update with a tracking link. 

🧾 5. Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes! We are a GST-verified brand. You’ll receive a GST invoice with your order upon request.

❌ 6. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, if the order is for stickers and cancellation is requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.

🔁 7. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We offer free replacements or refunds for defective or damaged items. Just email us within 7 days with photos of the issue at studio@stixy.in.

🚫 8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery

🎨 9. Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Use our “STIXY IT YOUR WAY” option to order a custom sticker or HTV design. If your phone model or name isn’t listed, don’t be sad — we’ve got you covered!
